Zak Williams & 1/AKORD was birthed 2003 . A group of singers & musicians united  to uplift the name of the lord through music! They have been blessed to minister with some of Gospel music's finest, Ricky Dillard & New G, Kurt Carr, Kim Burrell, Donald Lawrence & The Tri City Singers, Dottie Peoples, Tramaine Hawkins, Dorinda Clark , Deitrick Haddon Pastor Shirley Caesar, Bishop Hezekiah Walker, Pastor John P Kee & Dr. Bobby Jones just to name a few. ZW & 1A were also blessed to be apart of The International Gospel Industry Retreat & The Urban Impact Summit. Both aired on The Word Network. They have also appeared numerous times on Bobby Jones Gospel formerly of BET. Zak & 1A also had the opportunity to participate in the Josh Groban & Trace Atkins tours as well as the Timeless Tour. In 2012, Zak & 1/A won 2 Rhythm Of Gospel Awards “Contemporary Choir of The Year & Community Choir Of The Year…
 Zak & 1/A have 2 CD’s “The Declaration” featuring Jonathan Nelson & Bishop Jason Nelson & ‘Things Are Gonna Get Better” both projects are currently available online.   The Founder , Zak is a member of the Love Fellowship Tabernacle Church of Bensalem Pa under the pastorate of Bishop Hezekiah Walker.  Zak is The Creator & Host of Choir Storm Radio  ( A ALL CHOIR MUSIC RADIO SHOW) along with Henry “mr who dat” Haley, which airs Sunday Mornings at 8am on Look Up Radio, Wednesdays 12PM WGPN (Prayze Factor Network) &  8PM  90.3WDIH Wednesday’s & Saturdays,  4 -6PM on Philly’s Gospel Highway 11 (1110AM) . Thru this vision also came “Choir Storm Live” a traveling CHOIR concert series that has traveled to various cities promoting CHOIRS !  Zak is also the Mid Day (2-6 Daily) host on 4X Stellar Award Winning Station 1300 AM WIMG located in Trenton , New Jersey. Zak is also the Program Director @ Look Up Radio a Internet Radio Station based in Philadelphia.  In late 2018 Zak & 1A signed with EMG (Enon Music Group)  “ Zak Williams & 1/AKORD THE NEXT CHAPTER” will be releaed nationwide July 12th, featuring  previously released singles “Wonderful Jesus” , “He’s All I Need” that features BISHOP BRUCE PARHAM.  Both singles are available on all digital outlets. The Song “Wonderful Jesus” also appears on the 2016 VIP New Artist Showcase Compilation CD Produced by pastor John P Kee. The newest single “Unpredictable God” features Pastor David Wilford &  Thomas TC Clay. The forthcoming project was produced by: Zak & Austin Woodlin.
